2.08.2008 Ground Breaking of LMS Records Facility
 1.USEC Gerochi together with Directors Obien, Fontanilla and Calderon watches the LMS Records Facility building perspective.  2.The Groundbreaking/Capsule-laying ceremony of the Lands Management Services Records Facility is being witnessed by (L-R, with hard hat) USEC for Staff Bureaus Manuel D. Gerochi, Director Angelito V. Fontanilla of Internal Audit Service, Director for Finance Wilfredo J. Obien and DENR-XI Regional Executive Director Ricardo L. Calderon. Also present is CENRO Edward Ragaza (2nd from left) of CENRO Manay. The LMS Records Facility, which is located at Bangkal, Davao City, will be constructed by the FGM Builders Resources and Incorporated.
